I ran the 5k leg of the team triathlon on Saturday with Joanne and Hannah. Joanne and Hannah had awesome races and I had a personal best of about 19:10 in the 5k.
On Sunday I went to GF to run the Prairie Rose 10k. I ran a 41:40 was 5th overall and 1st in my age group. My legs were a little tired on Sunday but that is only about 30 sec off of my all time best so not bad. I will be going to Ellen's appt and some baseball tourneys early in the week and try to run a couple of day before the Larimore Days 10k next Saturday.
