Another run another cold day. Temps of about -5 but thankfully very little wind for my short 3.2 mile run this afternoon.(24:30) Longer run tomorrow but it looks to be another cold one.

- I am a biologist with USDA from Larimore North Dakota. I took up running about 3 years ago when our family got a dog. The dog loved to run so I started also. I am Married (Ann) with 3 children Brendan, Thomas and Ellen. 11,9,5 respectively. We have 3 horses, 3 dogs, Maggie(Yellow Lab) Minnie(Yellow Lab Cross) and Rosebud (Golden Retriever).
