Another 5.2 mile run another bitter cold day. It was about -5F with a nice 10mph wind in my face for half of the run. It really was not bad with the wind at my back. Finished in 41:50. It may actually be in the 20's by Friday which will feel quite good as long as the wind stays calm.

- I am a biologist with USDA from Larimore North Dakota. I took up running about 3 years ago when our family got a dog. The dog loved to run so I started also. I am Married (Ann) with 3 children Brendan, Thomas and Ellen. 11,9,5 respectively. We have 3 horses, 3 dogs, Maggie(Yellow Lab) Minnie(Yellow Lab Cross) and Rosebud (Golden Retriever).
