Not a real nice day for running, but tomorrow will be even worse. It was about 12F with a 20-25mph north wind and snow. I ran 5.2 miles in 44:06. Tomorrow there is supposed to be a blizzard with 6-10" of snow and 30-40mph winds.

- I am a biologist with USDA from Larimore North Dakota. I took up running about 3 years ago when our family got a dog. The dog loved to run so I started also. I am Married (Ann) with 3 children Brendan, Thomas and Ellen. 11,9,5 respectively. We have 3 horses, 3 dogs, Maggie(Yellow Lab) Minnie(Yellow Lab Cross) and Rosebud (Golden Retriever).
