The weather is changing I think. It was 25 today with a nice southwest wind. I ran 3.1 miles in about 23:30. The temps look to be on the rise with 40 by early next week.

- I am a biologist with USDA from Larimore North Dakota. I took up running about 3 years ago when our family got a dog. The dog loved to run so I started also. I am Married (Ann) with 3 children Brendan, Thomas and Ellen. 11,9,5 respectively. We have 3 horses, 3 dogs, Maggie(Yellow Lab) Minnie(Yellow Lab Cross) and Rosebud (Golden Retriever).
