Guess what I went for a run and it was windy, imagine that. I ran 4.2 miles in about 31 min. The temp was about 15 with 15-20mph south wind. It looks to be warming somewhat this week.

- I am a biologist with USDA from Larimore North Dakota. I took up running about 3 years ago when our family got a dog. The dog loved to run so I started also. I am Married (Ann) with 3 children Brendan, Thomas and Ellen. 11,9,5 respectively. We have 3 horses, 3 dogs, Maggie(Yellow Lab) Minnie(Yellow Lab Cross) and Rosebud (Golden Retriever).
