Very nice day. Little wind, 40F. I ran my easy 3miler in 23:45. We have another wrestling tournament tomorrow in Larimore. I will have to get my 9 mile run in later Sat or on Sunday. It looks like there may be some rain this weekend so I will have to squeeze it in somewhere when it is dry.

- I am a biologist with USDA from Larimore North Dakota. I took up running about 3 years ago when our family got a dog. The dog loved to run so I started also. I am Married (Ann) with 3 children Brendan, Thomas and Ellen. 11,9,5 respectively. We have 3 horses, 3 dogs, Maggie(Yellow Lab) Minnie(Yellow Lab Cross) and Rosebud (Golden Retriever).
