I ran 4.2 miles today. (I did not make it to the run in GF with the Red River Runners as we took the kids out to Turtle River state Park.) Temp was about 32, that is 52 degrees warmer than Thursday night. First 2.1 miles in 14:20 last 2.1 against a 25mph wind and sleet in 17:30. Maggie and Minnie had no problem as usual, but I was getting a bit gassed against the wind. It is supposed to be much warmer this week, but as usually happens around here when it gets warm in the winter is also gets very windy. But it is still better than -30.

I am Married (Ann) with 3 children Brendan, Thomas and Ellen. 11,9,5 respectively. We have 3 horses, 3 dogs, Maggie(Yellow Lab) Minnie(Yellow Lab Cross) and Rosebud (Golden Retriever).
