January 15 Hello this blog will follow the training and day to day life of a runner from rural North Dakota. For the most part it is a log for my daily running. I have run 3 half marathons and one marathon. May 9th I will run the half marathon in Fargo, North Dakota. This blog will follow that training and beyond.
I will try to run tonight. My last run was 5 miles on Sunday. The temps have been-15 to -35 so I have not run the past 3 days. I run exclusively outside so I have some problems at this time of year.
I ran 3 miles tonight. Temp was -21F with a slight breeze. The dogs did not seem to mind, but I did not like itmuch

Nice Brian! You have to inspire me to start running on my 1 kilometer long island.
