I ran a 5 miler in 36:41 this morning at around 6:30am. The dogs made the run with me. Took the day off to watch the boys play baseball and take care of Ellen. Rode a little bike tonight and went for a walk with Ann, Ellen, Rosebud, Maggie and Minnie.

- I am a biologist with USDA from Larimore North Dakota. I took up running about 3 years ago when our family got a dog. The dog loved to run so I started also. I am Married (Ann) with 3 children Brendan, Thomas and Ellen. 11,9,5 respectively. We have 3 horses, 3 dogs, Maggie(Yellow Lab) Minnie(Yellow Lab Cross) and Rosebud (Golden Retriever).
